Question: Councillor B. Dennehy

“To ask the Chief Executive to carry out a consultation / liaison process

with the residents of North Beach starting at the Six Cross Lane

entrance, in order to commence the process of sewage connections to

the new Sewage Network Scheme in Rush to the area as it is the last

large area in Rush without mains connections?”

Reply:

Sewage Connections to the new Sewage Network Scheme in Rush are a

matter for Irish Water and those wishing to connect. This question has

been forwarded to the Local Representative Service Desk for further

response.

Irish Water will be available to meet Councillors at the Fingal Councillor

Clinic which is scheduled for March 11th at 4pm in Room 3A.6, County

Hall, Swords, Co. Dublin.

The remit for the maintenance of water and drainage infrastructure is

now the responsibility of Irish Water. Councillors wishing to receive

updates relating to IW Capital Projects can make direct contact through

the Local Rep Support Desk (LRSD) - localrepsupport@water.ie.
