Question: Councillor B. Dennehy - Dooroge Woods Estate,
Ballyboughal
"To ask the Chief Executive further to the Plebiscite previously submitted
to outline the timelines and actions planned will see Dooroge Woods
Estate, Ballyboughal be taken in charge by the Council including the
sewage system and other services?”
Reply:
Fingal County Council has agreed on the list of outstanding works with
Irish Water to bring the works up to taking in charge standard. Fingal
County Council is currently engaged with all stakeholders to secure a
wayleave to comply with Irish Water access requirements and commence
the outstanding works.
