"To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the provision of providing a
footpath at Baldungan, Loughshinny?"
Reply:
It was intended to commence work on the provision of a footpath at this location
in 2017. However, it was determined that drainage works were required prior to
installing the footpath and the budgetary provision was spent on these works.
The situation was further complicated by the closure of the Rush to Skerries
Road to facilitate the Irish Water project at this location. Provision is included in
the draft 2018 Works Programme for some footpath works at this location.
