Question: Councillor B. Dennehy:
"To ask the Chief Executive to confirm that any remaining temporary
sewage tanks and ancillary systems will be both emptied and removed
from the development site prior to the Golden Ridge development
being taken in charge."
Reply:
The Developer is still working with the Built Environment Inspectorate to
rectify all outstanding works that have been highlighted to them.
Completion of the Taking in Charge process will be subject to Irish water
approval to take the watermains and foul drainage systems in charge. The
temporary sewage tanks and ancillary systems will be removed
from the development site prior to the Golden Ridge development
being taken in charge."
