"To ask the Chief Executive for an update on measures taken to remove the
traffic hazard exiting on Healy's Lane exit onto the Whitestown Road ,Rush and
report on any engagement with the local land owner?"
Reply:
Remedial measures to improve the junction sightlines at the location referred to
in the Question require land acquisition for the necessary improvement works to
take place. Discussions with the land owner in this regard have yet to be
concluded.
