“To ask the Chief Executive for an update on measures being pursued to alleviate

the restricted vision motorist and pedestrians have to endure when exiting Healy’s

lane, Rush onto the Whitestown Road?”

Reply:

Land acquisition would be required to alleviate the restricted vision at this location.

Agreement has not yet been reached with the land owner in relation to the land

acquisition.
