Question: Councillor B. Dennehy - Hoskyn Banks Rush.
“To ask the Chief Executive to outline the progress on having Hoskyn
Banks, Rush completed under the bond covering the estate?”
Reply:
Fingal County Council has engaged with the Developer with a view to
rectifying the development, without success. The council has notified the
bondholder of our intention to claim on their Letter of Guarantee of
Hoskyn Banks to complete all outstanding works.
We plan to initiate legal proceedings through our Legal Department and
currently gathering information for the legal case.
