"To ask the Chief Executive to give priority to Healys Lane Rush for changing the

existing public lighting to LED lighting in order relieve the current shortage

problem of public lighting confounded by the poor light given off by the existing

units?”

Reply:

The public lighting contractor will be requested to replace the existing street light

on Healys Lane Rush with an LED lantern.
