”To ask The Chief Executive if the CPO documents required for the Park Road
improvements due to be issued at the end of October were issued and if not
when are they due to be issued?”
Reply:
Property Services Division is awaiting the final CPO mapping and on receipt of
same the matter will be progressed. It is now anticipated that the Compulsory
Purchase Order will be made in quarter one 2018.
