"To ask the Chief Executive to provide an area for parking at the bottle banks on
the Ring Road, Skerries in order to alleviate the traffic hazard that currently
exists where motorist are pulling in to leave items into the metal containers
forcing passing traffic out onto the other side of the road in order to pass by?"
Reply:
The Environment Department is in discussions with local residents and
businesses with a view to re-locating the bottle banks to an alternative location.
