“To ask the Chief Executive to carry out repairs to the concrete manhole cover at
left of the entrance to Rush Athletic car park as it is a safety hazard in its current
condition?”
Reply:
The concrete cover in question is infrastructure associated with a private
telecoms utility company and the damage has been referred to that authority for
remedial works.
