"To ask the Chief Executive to install Vas signage both north and south of the
R128 / Spout Road, Rush junction in order to give protection to the traffic
entering and exiting the Spout Road due to the large increase in traffic entering
and exiting Rush via the R128?”
Reply:
The R128 at the Spout Road junction is 60kph zone. There are T junction signs on
approaches to the entrance of Spout Road on the R128 advising drivers of a
junction approaching. It is therefore not intended to provide VAS signage at this
location.
