"To ask the Chief Executive to include the provision of speed ramps on the South
Shore Road, Rush in the next estimates budget?"
Reply:
South shore road is a narrow road approximately 4.5m in width. Ramps are not
considered to be a suitable form of traffic calming for this road. Consideration
will be given to the placement of slow paint markings along the road as part of
the future signing and lining programme.
