Question: Councillor B Dennehy

“To ask the Chief Executive to erect the Caution Children Crossing sign and the two poles attached that are

currently lying on the car park of the old Garda Station in Rush in the correct location?“

Reply:

The school warden crossing at the location referred to in the question now forms part of the signalised junction

and the provision of a ‘Caution Children Crossing’ sign is not considered appropriate on the approach to traffic

signals. Operations will make arrangements to remove old and now unnecessary signage from the area.
