Question: Councillor B. Dennehy

“To ask the Chief Executive to place white lines at the junction of the Brook Road

and back entrance into Hayestown Estate, Rush in order to remove the health

and safety issue as to have the right of way?”

Reply:

The provision of lining at the location referred to in the question will require

consultation with An Garda Siochana, if there are no objections from the Gardai

the placement of the ‘Stop’ sign and ‘Stop’ line will be included on the signing

lining programme.
