“To ask the Chief Executive to outline any contacts that have taken place
between the Developers of the commercial development on the Main
Street in Rush where the proposed development was approved under
Reg. Ref. F12A/0225 (PL06F.241708) and subsequently having been
granted an extension of duration to the 23rd September 2023 and will the
change in company status of Rushbury Properties Limited (Co. number
486549) who were granted the original planning permission and
extension currently list as “Strike Off Listed “ as per designation date
18/02/2018 have any detrimental effects on the future of the proposed
development?”
Reply:
The agent for the applicant, Rushbury Properties Limited, has recently
notified PS & I Dept. that it is committed to the implementation of the
planning permission recently granted an extension of duration under
F12A/0225/E1 and any recent issues regarding a change in company
status referred to in the question would not affect the implementation of
the permission.
It is to be noted that the permission relates to the land / site area of the
application to the benefit of the owner or successors in title.
