"To ask the Chief Executive to outline any pre-planning meetings that have
occurred in relation to delivery of the Kenure LAP?"
Reply:
There are two no. sites within the Kenure LAP area at Park Road and
Brook Lane which have been granted permission (F16A/0024 – 35 Housing
Units and F16A/0221 – 129 Housing Units).Pre Planning consultation had
taken place on these sites prior to lodgement of these approved housing
developments.
A pre planning preliminary meeting, dated 25th September 2018, relating
to undeveloped lands adjacent to the ‘East West Urban Street’ within the
Kenure LAP area is the most recent meeting that has taken place in
relation to the LAP lands.
