KERB ON PARK ROAD, RUSH
Question: Councillor B. Dennehy:
"To ask the Chief Executive to examine and measure the location of
the new kerb installed recently at the new housing development on
the Park Road, Rush as to its location and ensure it is not encroaching
on public property?”
Reply:
An inspection was carried out at the Park Road in Rush. The width of the
road was measured at several locations to ensure that the installation of
the kerb did not encroach onto the public property and that it complied
with the planning permission. It was confirmed that the width of the road
has been increased as per planning conditions and that the kerb is
correctly installed.
