“This Committee calls on the Chief Executive to bring forward plans to
provide a slip road onto the MI motor way at the Turvey roundabout so as
facilitate the traffic from Rush, Lusk and Skerries while at the same time
freeing up the congestion at the Lissenhall roundabout and allowing a
better exit from Donabate.”
Report:
Any provision of a new slip road onto the M1 motorway is a matter for
Transport Infrastructure Ireland. We are not aware that they have any
current plans in this regard. Likewise, Fingal County Council are not
advancing this proposal at present as it is not listed as an objective within
the County Development Plan.
