Question: Councillor B. Dennehy - Taking in Charge Golden Ridge Rush.
"To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the taking in charge
process in Golden Ridge Estate, Rush?”
Reply:
Phase 1 of Golden Ridge, Rush was taken into charge in January 2011.
For Phase 2, the remaining works to be carried out included road
surfacing and road markings, tactile drops, signage and public lighting.
These were completed at the end of 2017.
The Developer has carried out the CCTV survey and pipe network repairs.
A report of these works needs to be submitted to the Council for their
review. The taking in charge of Phase 2 of this Development is subject to
the approval of Irish Water.
